Warranty Coverage

BallHP warrants that the BallHP V3 will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects that arise from normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects in frame construction
  • Defects in welding or wire mesh basket
  • Issues with folding mechanism functionality
  • Handle attachment defects
  • Structural failures under normal use conditions
What Is Not Covered
  • • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
  • • Damage from improper storage or transportation
  • • Modifications or repairs not authorized by BallHP
  • • Damage from commercial or rental use
  • • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

    Email our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  2. 2. Provide Documentation
    Include photos of the defect and your original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
  3. 3. Receive Instructions
    Our team will review your claim and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
  4. 4. Product Replacement or Repair
    We will repair or replace your product at no charge, including return shipping.
Important Information

Warranty Start Date: The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase from BallHP or an authorized retailer.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability: BallHP's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
